Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Motorcycle Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be passionate about motorcycles, possess excellent sales and marketing skills, and have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective online marketing campaigns to promote Badlands Harley-Davidson's products and services across various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website optimization.

• Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters, to attract and engage motorcycle enthusiasts and potential customers.

• Manage and monitor Badlands Harley-Davidson's online presence, including website performance, social media accounts, and online reviews, to ensure a positive brand image and customer experience.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for lead generation and conversion, and assist in driving motorcycle sales both online and in-store.

• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to assist customers with their motorcycle purchasing decisions, whether in person or through online channels.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and sales approaches.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing, sales or customer service, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and website analytics.

• Knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and the motorcycle enthusiast community is a strong asset

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
