The Role:
To play a key role in our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts in the Americas. This role will be pivotal in designing and executing 1-to-few and 1-to-many ABM campaigns that engage and convert senior HR and Talent Acquisition leaders across key target accounts.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Sector Leaders and Product Marketing to build personalized, insight-led campaigns that drive pipeline growth and strengthen our brand presence in the enterprise HR space.
- Launch all planned campaigns on time and within budget
- Achieve a 70% account engagement rate across our target account segment
- Deliver marketing qualified leads (MQLs)
- Increase MQLs within target accounts
- Contribute to marketing influence pipeline
ABM Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement ABM strategies tailored to segmented account tiers (1-to-few and 1-to-many).
- Build integrated campaigns across digital, email, events, and content marketing channels.
- Personalize messaging and creative assets based on account insights and buyer personas.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales and Sector Leaders to align marketing efforts with account plans.
- Work with Product Marketing to ensure messaging reflects our value proposition and differentiators.
Campaign Management
- Own end-to-end campaign execution including planning, asset creation, deployment, and optimization working closely with the Marketing Operations team
- Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and performance metrics.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on campaign performance, engagement, and ROI.
- Use data to refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
Content & Messaging
- Develop compelling content tailored to HR and TA leaders, including thought leadership, case studies, and solution briefs.
- Ensure messaging is aligned with buyer pain points and industry trends.
Events
- Manage AMS events and third-party sponsorships as required for campaigns.
Identify the critical criteria that must be present from day 1, rather than those which can be learnt within the first 3-6 months; align to the outcomes/responsibilities where possible.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing
- Strong understanding of ABM principles and experience running 1-to-few and 1-to-many campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical mindset
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment,

- Experience of working with an account-based marketing tool such as 6Sense
- Experience working within the talent acquisition industry
