有客户管理、行政助理或外联经验优先；
Excel 高阶：熟练透视表、Power Query、常用函数，会 VBA 更佳；
英文读写流利，可独立起草邮件及会议纪要（CET-6 520 或同等水平）
抗压能力强，能接受多线程并行工作，逻辑清晰、对数据有敏感度
每周至少 3 天全职到岗，持续 3 个月及以上
