Seasonal Office Support Clerk provides administrative support to the Area Manager.
They are responsible to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for visitors and employees who use

the office space provide administrative duties including scanning documents, archiving, ensuring accuracy of invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and files.

Assist with sorting and delivering incoming and outgoing mail.

The Seasonal Office Support Clerk will respect and uphold the Values, Vision and Mission of Karis Disability

Services, demonstrating the highest standards of courtesy and respect in their dealings with other

employees, people using services, and both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements of the Canada Summer Jobs Program for this position:

  • The candidate will work approximately 30 hours a week for approximately 12 weeks
  • Be between the ages of 18-30 at the start of employment
  • Be a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under theImmigration and Refugee Protection Act
