Inside Sales Appointment Setter – Remote Base Salary: $40,560 On-Target Earnings: $66,560+ Uncapped Commission Benefits: Company-paid health, dental, and vision benefits, valued at approximately $3,000 annually Schedule: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday Hours: Rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM PST

What You’ll Do As an Inside Sales Appointment Setter with ProConnect, you’ll speak with homeowners by phone and book qualified appointments for our in-home Design Consultants. You will: Book 8–10 qualified appointments per day Complete 200+ calls per day Handle inbound and outbound calls Follow a proven script while keeping conversations natural Build rapport quickly Handle objections professionally
What You Bring 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer-facing, sales, service, call centre, appointment-setting, or phone-based role Strong communication skills Proven ability to meet or exceed goals Confidence speaking with customers over the phone Ability to work independently in a remote environment Positive, team-oriented mindset
What You Get Base salary of $40,560 OTE of $66,560+ Uncapped commission Weekly pay every Friday Company-paid benefits valued at approximately $3,000 annually Paid training Company-provided laptop, headset, and monitor Career growth opportunities
Schedule This is a fully remote role with rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM PST. Schedules are either: Sunday to Thursday Tuesday to Saturday Schedules are provided 3 weeks in advance.
