About the role
What We Will Accomplish Together The CSC Digital Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Your Mission (should You Decide To Accept It) The role requires strategic oversight, operational excellence, and the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams. The individual will manage budgets, organize project structures, track progress, and provide insightful management reports.
This role is a unique opportunity to lead and optimize a diverse portfolio of digital projects, contributing directly to the success of our organization’s digital initiatives.
You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience managing large, technical projects or portfolios.
- Experience with ERP implementation.
- Experience with Manufacturing and Automation process platforms.
- Knowledge of data engineering tools and procedures.
- Knowledge of 3rd party clinical trial supply planning tools.
- Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines.
- Deep knowledge of portfolio planning tools.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), or similar certifications are preferred.
- Strong budget management skills, with the ability to monitor and optimize spending.
- Expertise in tracking the progress of complex projects and identifying deviations from plans.
- Proficiency in collaborating with project managers to organize and simplify complex information.
- Experience managing change control processes effectively.
- Experience creating and delivering management reports on project and portfolio status
- Proven track record of managing complex budgets and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with portfolio management tools and software.
- Knowledge of digital transformation strategies and trends.
- Experience working in agile or hybrid project management environments.
- Capability to prioritize & organize project structures for clarity and efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to influence teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level reporting.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on mitigating risks in project delivery.
- Located in Canada or in the USA (only).
