As a Director, Business Development at RXO, you’ll be a results driven individual contributor focused on forging new business relationships. You’ll strategize and execute innovative business development initiatives, focusing on identifying and capturing new market opportunities to ensure RXO remains at the forefront of the logistics industry. Your contributions will be crucial in positioning RXO as a leader in providing cutting-edge logistics solutions and expanding our global footprint.
What your day-to-day will look like:

Responsible for prospecting new business through cold calling and industry networking

Present a defined solution to prospective customers by creating a well-written and competitive proposal to win the business

Own the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, working closely with executive stakeholders within large enterprise organizations

Sell the RXO value proposition for each line of business to ensure each customer is fully aware of the solutions we can provide

Monitor monthly, quarterly and annual revenue achievement by customer and undertake appropriate action with key stakeholders to ensure that commitments are being met or exceeded

Accurately record and maintain sales activity in OneCRM to ensure data integrity for effective tracking and analysis
