Manager, Data Analytics and Reporting
About the role
Permanent Full Time
We are seeking an accomplished Manager for Data Analytics and Reporting with demonstrated expertise in a range of BI reporting tools, SharePoint development, Power Automate, and Power Apps to advance data-driven decision-making and optimize business processes. In this position, you will:
- Lead analytics and reporting initiatives for the team
- Establish and uphold standards and best practices for reporting and data quality
- Collaborate directly with senior leadership to identify requirements and translate them into actionable insights
- Drive data-informed decision-making across the organization
- Provide consistency and structure to ensure reliable leadership reporting
- Analyze complex datasets, develop impactful Power BI dashboards, design automated workflows, and create secure, scalable solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Apply advanced technical skills in Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, and the Power Platform to transform raw data into valuable insights, while ensuring strict adherence to security and compliance protocols
What you will do:
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop various dashboards for business operations using tools like Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Familiar with design tools like Figma or Miro.
- SharePoint Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain secure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows with proper permissions and access controls.
- Customize SharePoint solutions to improve collaboration and document management.
- Integrate SharePoint with Power Platforms.
- Power Platform Solutions:
- Create and optimize workflows using Power Automate, ensuring alignment with security best practices.
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing Power Automate solutions with a focus on data integrity and confidentiality.
- Process Automation & Optimization:
- Identify manual processes ripe for automation using Power Automate and SharePoint.
- Implement end-to-end automation solutions that comply with organizational security policies.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on SharePoint development experience (site customization, workflows, permissions).
- Proficiency in Power Automate (cloud flows, connectors).
- Strong ETL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with design tools (Figma, Miro)
- Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
The base salary for this position is between $76,400.00 - $141,400.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
