Job ID: LOGCSR2025 Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm
Contract: Full-time - Permanent
Salary: Up to $55,000, based on experience

- Manage daily activity within retailer transportation portals (Amazon Carrier/Vendor Central, SPS Commerce, etc.)
- Create, update, and monitor shipments, ASNs, routing requests, and transportation bookings
- Ensure compliance with retailer routing guides and shipping requirements
- Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve issues
- Track delivery appointments and follow up on late or missing confirmations
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, documents, and invoices
- Assist with reporting, data entry, and general logistics administration
- Previous experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Retail Operations is preferred
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Carrier Central, SPS Commerce, or similar portals (required or strong asset)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other office software
