Job Description

• Define and lead the overall technical strategy of the project

• Validate key technical architectures, design choices, and engineering concepts

• Ensure technical coherence, feasibility, and performance across all project disciplines

• Chair or contribute to senior technical reviews and decision-making forums

• Arbitrate complex technical decisions considering cost, schedule, and risk

• Provide leadership and oversight to engineering managers and discipline leads

• Act as the primary technical interface with clients, partners, and regulators

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent

• 15+ years of experience on large, complex industrial or energy projects

• Proven experience in technical leadership or project direction roles

• Strong background in regulated or high-risk environments

• Ability to operate at executive level with strong decision-making and communication skills
