Job Description Role Overview The Vice President, Transaction Banking Product Enablement supports the Director in building and scaling the Transaction Banking VCP Product organization. This role focuses on day‑to‑day execution, coordination, and operational enablement to help Transaction Banking Product deliver on its priorities and establish strong ways of working.
As the Product organization is still developing, the VP will help put structure in place, manage cross‑functional activities, and support leadership with strategy development, planning, reporting, and issue resolution. The role combines program execution, business management, and change support, with an emphasis on collaboration and practical delivery.
This is an opportunity to contribute to new ways of working across Transaction Banking and to support the development of next‑generation capabilities through disciplined execution and strong stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Product team with strategy development, planning, coordination, and execution of Product priorities
- Help manage the overall program plan, including timelines, dependencies, and day‑to‑day operational needs
- Coordinate key initiatives and working forums, and support reporting, dashboards, and progress tracking in partnership with the Transformation Office Delivery team
- Support business planning and product profitability activities with Segment Finance and GTB Business Management, including: Annual and quarterly planning cycles, OKR tracking, Budget and headcount monitoring
- Prepare materials for executive and senior leadership meetings, ensuring content is clear, accurate, and aligned to priorities
- Facilitate collaboration across Product, Technology, Operations, Business teams, and supporting functions to enable aligned delivery
- Identify risks and issues, support mitigation plans, and escalate when needed in line with governance and policy expectations
- Support change management activities, including communications, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning
- Contribute to team culture and ways of working, including onboarding support and internal communications
- Assist with coordination of third‑party vendors, working within established processes
- Navigate internal TD processes with GTB Business Management to support timely and compliant execution
Role Requirements / Experience
- Undergraduate Degree in Business, Finance or related field - Masters preferred.
- 7+ years experience in transformation
- Strong experience in Transaction Banking, with exposure to mid‑market and large corporate client segments
- Experience supporting large‑scale transformation or change initiatives within a complex organization
- Background working in cross‑functional environments, ideally with exposure to global or multi‑market teams
- Solid program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn information into clear insights and recommendations
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, suited to senior and executive audiences
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and pragmatic approach to problem solving
