We have an exciting opportunity for a Rigging Inspection Technician/Warehouse Support to join our team in Dartmouth, NS.
We are looking for a reliable and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Rigging Inspection Technician / Warehouse Support. This dual-role position involves inspecting lifting, rigging, and fall protection equipment on industrial sites, as well as supporting warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and deliveries. If you’re detail-oriented, flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect lifting, rigging, and fall protection equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards on customer industrial sites
- Assist in warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, preparing shipments, and general maintenance
- Communicate professionally with customers and work both independently and as part of a team
- Adapt to changing roles and responsibilities as needed
- Be available for long hours, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Trade or service experience in industrial settings preferred
- Mechanically adept and comfortable working with tools and equipment
- High attention to detail and basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, data entry)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexible and driven, with a willingness to take on new challenges
