Zenetec is looking for a motivated, self-drivenCollision Repair Appraiser / CSRto lead operations at ourMidland satellite location.

This is more than a traditional front-desk role — it’s an opportunity to take ownership. You’ll be the face of Zenetec in Midland, managing customer relationships, writing accurate repair estimates, coordinating repairs, and ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience from drop-off to delivery.

What You’ll Do

As the primary on-site representative, you will:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and insurance partners

• Deliver outstanding customer service and manage communications independently

• Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate collision damage estimates

• Create detailed repair plans and complete supplements as needed

• Take pre-, during-, and post-repair vehicle photos

• Collaborate with technicians to ensure repair accuracy and minimize supplements

• Schedule appraisals, repairs, and vehicle deliveries

• Manage estimating calendars and appointment flow

• Handle cashier responsibilities including payment processing and documentation

• Provide repair status updates to customers and insurers

• Assist with vehicle delivery and follow-up

• Maintain a clean, professional front office environment

What You Bring

• Collision repair and/or appraisal experiencerequired

• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision (essential)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Excellent organization and time management

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

• Adaptability and reliability in a satellite location environment

• Valid driver’s license

Technical Skills

• Estimating software – Intermediate

• Management software – Intermediate

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – Beginner to Intermediate

• Basic business math skills
