We’re looking for a Freelance Creative Producer to join our network. In this role, you’ll shape and drive high-impact creative projects from concept to delivery. You’ll be the connector between clients, creative leads, and production, ensuring work stays on brief, on time, and at the quality Pixel One is known for.
You’ll collaborate directly with Pixel One’s CEO, design leads, and client stakeholders. The role requires balancing creative ambition with production discipline: keeping multiple projects organized, anticipating challenges, and helping the team deliver polished, career-defining work.
This is a freelance engagement with potential for a full-time in-house role. It’s a chance to work alongside a world-class design team, partner with leading global brands, and contribute to some of the most exciting projects in tech and culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, and timelines
- Partner closely with Pixel One’s CEO and design leads to translate client needs into actionable project plans
- Coordinate workflows between designers, animators, illustrators and other artists and client teams
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to keep work on track
- Facilitate clear communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Uphold the creative quality of outputs while maintaining operational efficiency. Requires a good eye for design and a creative mind.
- Identify risks or blockers early and propose solutions to keep projects moving
- Ensure adherence to established SOPs and hold the team accountable for following them
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a creative/content producer or project manager (agency or studio background preferred)
- Strong track record managing design, brand, or multimedia projects from start to finish
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with proven ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Confident communicator who can collaborate across teams and with senior clients
- Comfortable balancing big-picture thinking with tactical detail
- Familiarity with design workflows (brand, web, motion, or content production)
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments
