• Balance: You’ll have reasonable core hours and the ability to condense your work week from July to December. During the firm’s busy season (Jan-April), overtime up to 50 hours per week is required, which results in additional paid time off in lieu to be used in the off season.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensure all required documentation and details are in place electronically for their colleagues to begin file preparation.
• Review prior year end file, collect and track incoming client information, scan or enter into CaseWare.
• Communicate and follow up with clients, banks, lawyers, etc. to request any missing source documentation.
• Other administrative duties and projects, as required. 

What We’re Looking For

• Working towards, or successful completion of, related post secondary diploma would be beneficial, but is not required.
• 1 year of related work experience. 
• Self-motivated, hardworking and driven to succeed with strong attention to detail.

Pay Range: $48,089 - $56,575 annually, 37.5 hours per week
