Job Duties

This course prepares students to write the Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan Limited Power Engineering Fireman’s exam. Topics include: low pressure heat boilers, fuel and firing equipment, automatic controls, pumps, piping fittings, valves, steam and hot water heating, ventilation, electricity and the Boiler Pressure Vessel Act and Regulations.

Engage students in the learning process, mark assignments, monitor student progress, provide timely and constructive feedback, manage and review exam submissions as required, finalize official grades.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE
