What You'll Do:
As a Recruiter, you’ll be at the forefront of building our workforce by attracting top talent, supporting onboarding processes, and collaborating with operations and HR to ensure seamless hiring experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
- Conduct interviews and assist with selection processes
- Coordinate and lead onboarding & orientation sessions
- Maintain and update job descriptions and applicant tracking
- Assist with recruitment marketing and outreach strategies
- Provide administrative support to HR, including compliance and documentation
- Collaborate on internal mobility and succession planning initiatives
- Support company culture initiatives and employee engagement programs
What You Bring:
- 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience
- Strong understanding of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
- HR certificate or diploma preferred (Bachelor’s in HR or related field is a plus)
- Familiarity with employment standards and labour regulations
- Bilingual: English and French (required)
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
