About the role

The Role and Purpose Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for creating winning proposals? Archus is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our growing team in Canada.

This is a newly created role that plays a pivotal part in supporting our strategic growth across North America.

As Bid Coordinator, you’ll support the end-to-end bid process, ensuring proposals are delivered on time, are fully compliant, and reflect Archus’ strategic and operational goals.

Working closely with our UK-based Bid Manager and Canadian subject matter experts, you’ll help develop and submit high-quality, competitive bids within the healthcare consultancy sector. Your coordination will be key to enabling Archus to secure new business opportunities by delivering compelling, well-structured proposals that showcase our expertise and value proposition.
