The Role, Your Impact

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will be

Ensure the sales and promotion of Olymel products under national brands and private labels Develop and grow Olymel’s position in Private Label and HMR categories Build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships to align on joint strategies Establish and execute business and commercial plans (volume, profitability, promotions) and track performance monthly Drive category and product performance for each client based on strategic objectives Analyze market data (Nielsen, Circana) to identify business opportunities Monitor client budgets and ensure alignment with financial targets Prepare quotations and perform necessary financial analyses Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews and implement action plans to optimize performance Ensure customer commitments are met in collaboration with Sales Strategy, Trade Marketing, and internal teams Maintain strong internal communication to support day-to-day operations Coordinate and support the launch of new products across categories

Your Assets For This Position

Education: Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 5 years in key account management or sales with demonstrated success Skills: Strong communication, strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and accountability for results; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; knowledge of Nielsen and Circana; excellent interpersonal skills; fluency in English
