What is the opportunity?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our new team dedicated to Role Design & Performance Management within the Operations Process Engineering group. As a Manager, Incentive & Performance Management, you will play a key role in collaborating with operations teams to drive performance excellence, motivate, and support our employees. Using data analysis and insights along with role levers such as practice management routines, learning and role design you will help create effective tools and methodologies to support business outcomes.
What will you do?
- Assist senior consultants research business problems and analyze, develop and recommend Strategy & Planning (S&P) solutions for clients
- Apply complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments
- Responsible for completion of numerous, routine S&P project tasks or modules assigned.
- Oversees the engagement research function / personnel. Performs key S&P research activities including client interviews.
- Uses various modeling and analysis techniques to analyze research. Develops findings and associated S&P insights.
- Interprets analysis insights to provide S&P recommendations during collaborative evaluation by team. Helps draft presentation.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide change enablement strategies
- Adaptability: Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Project Management: Proven project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Communication and Presentation: Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and drive impact.
- Data Analysis: Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
*Please note, the office location for this role can either be Toronto or Halifax.
