Responsibilities:

  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications to support organizational priorities across various banners
  • Manage, update and maintain Glentel’s communication portal (iConnect), ensuring accuracy and timeliness of content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure clarity of information delivered to the field
  • Monitor engagement and feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness
  • Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns, announcements, and initiatives
  • Perform other related duties as needed

Profile

  • Post-secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Business or a combination of related education and work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and detail
  • Ability to organize information clearly and tailor messaging for retail field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Adobe, Canva, Photoshop and relevant imaging software is an asset
  • Bilingual English/French is an asset
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and exercise sound judgment to prioritize activities
