Join Our Team as a Divisional Office Manager!
Are you ready to take on a dynamic role at the heart of environmental protection and waste management? We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to keep our division running smoothly and efficiently.
As the Divisional Office Manager, you will be the go-to person for ensuring seamless operations in our Yellowknife office. You will work closely with the Director of Environmental Protection and Waste Management, providing essential administrative support, coordinating projects, and managing critical information systems, including our electronic hazardous waste and spills databases.
This is more than just an office role; you will be a key player in supporting environmental initiatives, responding to public inquiries, and conducting research that helps shape decisions. Plus, you will supervise one employee who assists with data entry, giving you leadership experience in a collaborative environment.

Typically, the qualifications for this position would be attained by a grade 12 diploma, secretarial diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience, along with a minimum of two (2) years of progressive related experience supporting senior executives.
Equivalencies:
- Grade 12 Diploma and four (4) years of relevant experience, supporting senior executives
- Business Administration degree or relevant with one (1) year of relevant experience supporting senior executives

Relevant Experience:
- Supporting Senior Executives which include Director level positions
