About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and ambitious Advisor, Conversion & Performance to join our client’s Growth Marketing team on a 1-year assignment . This Consultant role is a great opportunity for a digital marketer who loves being at the center of campaign execution—balancing project management, performance marketing insights, and sharp attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the project lead for digital campaigns: briefing creative teams, managing proofing, ensuring specs and copy are accurate, and trafficking assets to our internal operations team.
- Be the last line of defense before campaigns go live—QA ad copy, spot errors, and confirm specs are correct.
- Manage campaign budgets: track pacing, allocate spend, and reallocate when needed.
- Use Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics to pull reports, monitor performance, and provide insights to the team (hands-on optimization handled by internal ops).
- Work across channels including social (Meta priority), display, and YouTube—supporting both promotional retail campaigns and full-funnel performance marketing.
- Partner with Google, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat reps for training and platform best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with digital advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Exceptional project management skills—organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Excellent written communication—comfortable writing/adapting ad copy and catching grammar or spelling errors.
- A proactive, ambitious problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, retail-driven environments.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience at an agency or in a retail/ecommerce environment.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint.
- Exposure to TikTok or Snapchat advertising.
