Your Role :

Reporting to the Supervisor Dispatch and Service, you are responsible for ensuring that only top-quality merchandise reaches our customers. You deliver outstanding in-home service, perform precise repairs on wood and leather furniture, and interact daily with clients, management, and service teams. Your role requires autonomy, professionalism, and pride in craftsmanship, while embodying the Mobilia values of accountability, passion, curiosity, and proactivity.

Responsibilities :

• Assess damages and select the best repair method for wood and/or leather furniture
• Perform high-quality repairs, maintenance, and finishing, including staining, toners, highlights, glazes, lacquers, and minor defect repairs
• Equalize grooves, sand finishes, and restore furniture to its original beauty
• Provide professional in-home service repairs and product assembly
• Interact daily with clients, management, and customer service agents to ensure satisfaction
• Follow safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment responsibly.

Desired Profile :

• Strong knowledge of wood and/or leather furniture construction
• Previous experience as a Furniture Repair Technician repairing wood and/or leather furniture
• Skilled with furniture repair equipment and hand tools
• Autonomous, punctual, and comfortable interacting with the public
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Passionate about quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
