Job Summary

We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to help us structure, optimize, and grow our project and technical teams in line with the highest aerospace and defense standards. If you thrive on making complex operations run smoothly, enjoy working with engineers and technical experts, and want to drive real improvements, this is for you.

What You Bring

Required:

  • Technical degree (engineering or related field).
  • Experience managing operations or projects in aerospace, defense, or a similar high-reliability sector.
  • Team leadership experience in a technical environment.

Assets (strongly valued):

  • Practical experience with FMEA, RAMS, LSA, LCC, MTA, FMECA, and technical data creation.
  • Familiarity with ILS/IPS processes and standards (S1000D, ATA2200).
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured improvement methods.
  • Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards (AS9100, ISO 9001).
  • Implement and monitor operational processes for compliance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
  • Support and expand our capabilities in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Integrated Product Support (IPS), and engineering support.
  • Work closely with customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to solve problems and deliver value.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of technical rigor and operational excellence.
  • Other duties as required.

For this position, the successful candidate must also be able to meet all Controlled Goods Program requirements and obtain Secret Clearance.
