Job Title: PointClickCare Solution Analyst
Principal Tasks and Responsibilities Include: * Support the planning, configuration and continuous improvement of applications used across the seniors care operations portfolio.
* Translate business objectives and requirements into functional specifications, workflows and system configurations.
* Configure PointClickCare modules and features to enhance operational efficiency and align with evolving business needs.
* Implement system enhancements independently or collaboratively based on approved requirements.
* Develop test scripts, coordinate testing activities and validate successful implementation of changes.
* Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis and support corrective actions.
* Manage migration of updates and configurations through development, testing and production environments.
* Ensure standardized practices across multiple platform instances where applicable.
* Support user onboarding/offboarding, including role management and permissions.
* Document system incidents, troubleshoot defects and coordinate resolutions.
* Manage vendor interactions and escalate issues when needed.
* Maintain updated system documentation, training materials and user guides.
* Support implementation and integration of new modules as part of organizational initiatives.
* Deliver user training and support adoption of new features.
* Conduct scheduled audits and produce required reports for leadership.
* Assist in defining and documenting business requirements, workflows and system enhancements.
* Create system diagrams, prototypes and models to support solution design.
* Review existing workflows and recommend improvements based on best practices and platform capabilities.
* Maintain required documentation for Change Management processes.
Our Client: A large, multi-site Canadian healthcare provider offering seniors care services across residential, community and support-based programs.
Qualifications and Pre-requisites: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical field.
* Minimum 4 years' experience in Application Support, Business Systems Analysis or similar roles.
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on configuration experience with PointClickCare (required).
* Strong understanding of PCC clinical modules, workflows and configuration functions.
* Healthcare or seniors care experience strongly preferred.
* Knowledge of Clinical Informatics and the ability to translate clinical workflows into system capabilities.
* Experience supporting Cloud/SaaS applications.
* Familiarity with governance and best practices for clinical information systems.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams, end-users and IT stakeholders.
* Experience defining, improving and documenting operational processes.
* Seniors care operational knowledge considered an asset.
Skills / Competencies: * Ability to clearly communicate timelines, expectations and system requirements.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience assessing production issues.
* Excellent customer service approach and user support skills.
* Understanding of ITSM/ITIL practices including Change and Incident Management.
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
* Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work across diverse teams.
* Flexibility to support business needs as required.
