Communications & Digital Media Manager (1-Year Contract)
Location: Pointe-Claire, Hybrid
Reports to: VP Marketing

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Communications & Digital Media Manager to join our collaborative marketing team for a 1-year contract. If you’re passionate about storytelling, digital marketing, content creation, and building meaningful brand experiences, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
Communications & Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated communication strategies aligned with business goals
- Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all platforms
- Create and manage corporate communications including digital content, advertising, videos, and press releases
- Help strengthen and elevate our global brand presence
Digital Marketing & Media Management
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, website, and email platforms
- Manage and optimize paid digital and social campaigns
- Support SEO initiatives and website content optimization
- Maintain and update website content to enhance user experience and engagement
- Coordinate the creation of multimedia content including blogs, videos, and visual storytelling assets
- Collaborate with external agencies and digital partners to maximize campaign performance
Lead Generation & Email Marketing
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns that attract and nurture prospects
- Manage newsletters and email marketing campaigns
- Optimize landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to improve conversion rates
- Support marketing automation workflows and campaign tracking within HubSpot
- Monitor campaign analytics and provide actionable insights
Campaigns & Content Production
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to analysis
- Coordinate project photoshoots across North America
- Collaborate with sales, product managers, and project teams to identify content opportunities
- Support successful digital product launches across multiple platforms
- Track campaign performance and recommend continuous improvements
What You Bring
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in communications, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Strong experience managing digital campaigns, content, email marketing, and social platforms
- Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, SEO, and paid media platforms
- Excellent project coordination and organizational skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Experience in the aquatic, recreation, architecture, or related industry is considered an asset
- Bilingual proficiency in both French and English is essential (Intermediate level of English is required).
Proficiency in English is required for this role as approximately 40% of the responsibilities involve regular communication with stakeholders based in the United States and Europe.
