Position Overview
We are currently seeking two (2) experienced Integration Specialists to support the deployment, configuration, and support of enterprise‑level security systems across external client environments.
This is a hands‑on technical role focused on the integration of top‑tier security platforms, with particular emphasis on Milestone Enterprise systems. Candidates must bring proven field experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and valid system certifications.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, integrate, and support enterprise security systems Perform system commissioning, upgrades, and lifecycle maintenance Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and integration issues Support system integrations across security platforms and IT environments Ensure deployments follow manufacturer guidelines, best practices, and company standards Produce and maintain accurate: System documentation Configuration records As‑built diagrams Work independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively within project teams Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when working in client environments Required Certifications (Mandatory) Applicants must hold active certification in one or more of the following platforms: Milestone (Enterprise Systems – primary focus) Axis Communications (Camera Systems) ICT (GX or related platforms) C- CURE Genetec Required Qualifications Proven experience in security systems integration Demonstrated hands‑on experience with: Installation and configuration Enterprise security system support System troubleshooting and optimization Strong understanding of: IP networking fundamentals VLANs, PoE, bandwidth considerations Server‑based security applications Ability to work: Independently in the field As part of a structured technical team Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with enterprise or multi‑site deployments Familiarity with regulated or security‑sensitive environments Comfort working alongside IT teams and project managers Additional certifications across multiple security platforms Compensation & Growth Remuneration is based on experience and certifications Opportunities for: Additional manufacturer certifications Advanced enterprise‑level projects Long‑term career growth within a growing integration practice Why Join New Age Group Work with industry‑leading enterprise security platforms Join a technically disciplined and growing organization Stable, full‑time employment with advanced project exposure Support for ongoing certification and skills development Professional, high‑standards work environment If you are a certified Integration Specialist looking to work with advanced security technologies and enterprise‑level systems, we encourage you to apply.
