Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget . Plan and organize daily operations. Set staff work schedules. Supervise staff. Conduct performance reviews. Organize and maintain inventory. Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities. Leading/instructing individuals. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Manage events. Screening questions: Are you authorized to work in Canada?. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
