We’re looking for a Purchasing and Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Canada. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, this role ensures our facilities have the materials and supplies needed to operate efficiently while supporting the purchasing department’s daily operations.
What You’ll Do
- Manage supplier inquiries, purchase orders, and deliveries
- Verify shipments and resolve discrepancies with suppliers
- Support facilities with our ERP system (NetSuite)
- Monitor inventory and ensure availability of products
- Coordinate warehouse transfers and cycle counts
- Handle invoice and cost discrepancy resolutions
- Partner with finance and purchasing leadership to keep everything running smoothly
What You Bring
- 2+ years of supply chain or purchasing experience
- ERP/NetSuite knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and collaborate in a team environment
- Professionalism, accountability, and initiative
