A career as a Senior Application Analyst in the Wealth Management IT Delivery and Advisory Train team at National Bank means acting as a liaison between business teams and delivery teams. You work in an agile mode and are part of a squad that manages and delivers business and technology projects across various sectors. This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization through your skills in analysis and process optimization, contributing to the acceleration of our transformation.
Your Role
- Support business strategy and leverage business intelligence to enhance performance and improve both client and employee experience.
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to develop an optimal prioritization strategy for initiatives.
- Develop and maintain an integrated vision and business knowledge of end-to-end processes.
- Build alliances and establish effective communication channels with all involved stakeholders.
- Define the scope of processes to be optimized and proactively manage planning and execution of activities and deliverables in line with the Bank’s direction and the needs of supported business lines.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing initiatives from all process angles using best practices, anticipating impacts, and providing innovative ideas to support transformation.

IT at the Bank includes over 2,500 experts working in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay at the forefront of technology, and continuously improve processes.
Within the Wealth Management IT Delivery sector, you report to the Head of Asset Management. Our train team’s mission is to empower advisors to help clients achieve their life goals by providing personalized wealth advice at scale.

Prerequisites
- University degree related to the field and several years of relevant experience
- Skills in business analysis within a technological and operational ecosystem
- Advanced experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management, and continuous improvement including incident management.
- Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: AWS migration, application certification.
- Experience with test scenarios and user support
- Strategic thinking, analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Experience with portfolio and financial planning applications ( Conquest, Compass, Croesus…).
Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to carry out regularly tasks that require the use of IT apps and tools unavailable in French.
