Job Description:

Position Summary:As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to identify, engage, and secure contracts with healthcare employers seeking staffing solutions. You will serve as a key link between the agency and healthcare organizations, ensuring their talent needs are met with quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads of healthcare institutions including hospitals, clinics, care homes, and medical centres

  • Pitch recruitment services to potential clients and convert leads into signed contracts

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with employer clients

  • Understand client hiring needs, workforce challenges, and offer suitable staffing solutions

  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to align candidate supply with employer demand

  • Prepare service proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals

  • Track and report on sales activities, targets, and market insights

  • Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to grow brand visibility

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management—preferably in staffing, healthcare, or HR services

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to build rapport and close deals with senior decision-makers

  • Goal-oriented and self-driven with strong time management skills

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is highly desirable
