Rubicon Holdings Corp. is seeking dependable and hardworking Greenhouse Farm Workers to join our team in Delta, BC. In this role, you'll assist with various greenhouse operations including planting, harvesting, cleaning, and general crop maintenance. No previous experience is necessary—we provide full training.This is a hands-on, physically active position suited for individuals who enjoy working in a team environment and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty in support of high-quality agricultural production.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlant, irrigate, fertilize, and spray greenhouse cropsHarvest seedlings and clean crops and greenhouse areasMix and prepare soil and fertilizersPerform general farm and maintenance duties as needed
