About the role
Associate Lawyer - Estate Litigation - 5+ years of experience Our client, a growing and forward-thinking law firm , is seeking an experienced Estate Lawyer to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer with at least 5 years of practice experience and a solid foundation in estate law . The role offers the chance to manage a variety of complex files with a focus on client advocacy, clear communication, and compassionate service. An existing client base is preferred , but not required . Clearly defined partnership track , ability to mentor, lead the estate group - mold the department and set quality standards .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and advocate for clients in estate law matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft high-quality legal documents.
- Negotiate resolutions while maintaining professional relationships.
- Offer strategic advice to clients and support colleagues within the firm.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience.
- Skilled in legal drafting, negotiation, and client relations.
- Strong understanding of relevant statutes and regulations.
- Empathetic and professional in guiding clients through sensitive matters.
Compensation
- Flexible structure: fee-split or salary with performance bonus.
- Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000+, based on experience, book of business, and year of call.
