We are currently looking for an Automotive Reconditioning Specialist to join our Paramount Truck Sales team at Driving Force Fleet Solutions in our Burlington location.

What Moves You:

• You strongly believe there’s no such thing as insignificant detail
• You’re a multitasker with a sharp eye for detail and a calm, collected approach under pressure

What You’ll Do:

• Washing and cleaning interior and exterior (including de-mudding undercarriage) of vehicles also ensuring vehicles are detailed and repaired according to Paramount’s Quality Standards
• Interacting with vendors and customers
• Prepare and paint bumpers, if required
• Replace broken interior pieces
• Install license plates, brackets and mudflaps
• Perform minor body work

What You Bring:

• Completion of secondary school or equivalent
• Detailing experience an asset
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking
• Valid class 5 driver’s license
• Abstract acceptable to The Driving Force Group of Companies Driver and Vehicle Safety Program
• Clear pre-employment security clearance
