About the role
Le Product Owner IA sera responsable de définir la stratégie produit des solutions d'intelligence artificielle, d'assurer leur gouvernance et de transformer les besoins d'affaires en initiatives à forte valeur en collaboration avec les équipes techniques et produit.

- Définir la vision et la feuille de route des produits IA
- Recueillir et analyser les besoins liés à l'intelligence artificielle
- Prioriser le carnet de produit selon la valeur d'affaires
- Encadrer les initiatives et les preuves de concept IA
- Collaborer avec les équipes Produit, Données et Développement
- Guider les décisions liées aux technologies d'IA générative
- Mesurer l'adoption et la valeur des solutions IA
PROFIL
- 5+ années d'expérience comme Gestionnaire de produit technique ou rôle similaire
- Expérience en gestion de produits dans un environnement Agile
- Bonne compréhension des technologies IA (LLM, RAG, agents, fine-tuning)
- Connaissance des plateformes Cloud et de la gouvernance IA
- Bonne compréhension des enjeux d'éthique, conformité et protection des données
- Leadership d'influence, autonomie et excellente communication
- Intérêt marqué pour l'innovation et l'intelligence artificielle
- BAC en informatique ou l'équivalent
- Bilinguisme (Français et Anglais)
The AI Product Owner will be responsible for defining the product strategy for artificial intelligence solutions, ensuring governance, and transforming business needs into high-value initiatives while working closely with product and technical teams.

- Define the vision and roadmap for AI products
- Gather and analyze AI-related business needs
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value
- Lead AI initiatives and proof-of-concept projects
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Development teams
- Guide decisions related to Generative AI technologies
- Measure adoption and business impact of AI solutions
PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role
- Experience managing products in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, agents, fine-tuning)
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms and AI governance
- Understanding of AI ethics, compliance, and data privacy
- Influential leadership, autonomy, and excellent communication skills
- Strong interest in innovation and Artificial Intelligence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Bilingual (French and English)
