Position Overview We are currently seeking an Event Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience in event planning or hospitality. This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of a wide variety of events at our venue. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to understand event objectives, themes, and specific needs
- Coordinate all event logistics including venue setup, catering, AV, décor, and staffing
- Create detailed event timelines, floor plans, and run-of-show documents
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitor event budgets and recommend cost-effective solutions
- Conduct site tours, client meetings, and pre-event briefings
- Oversee event, setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring high-quality standards
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide prompt resolutions
- Collect post-event feedback and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in event coordination or hospitality
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
