Position Title: Individual Wealth Marketing Consultant
Reports To: Manager, Individual Wealth Marketing
Department: Individual Wealth Marketing
Term: Permanent Full-Time
Work Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.

Join our dynamic Individual Wealth Marketing team to help shape and execute strategic marketing and communications initiatives. As a Marketing Consultant, you’ll play a key role in developing impactful materials, campaigns, and digital content that support product launches and enhancements across our Individual Wealth portfolio.

What you will be doing:
- Assist in developing effective and efficient communication plans for Individual Wealth products, services and/or operations for various audiences.
- Assist in developing marketing materials for new and enhanced product launches as well as marketing plans to support specific initiatives.
- Research and develop sales concepts and case studies, in partnership with the Product Development team, to support sales teams.
- Maintain training material and presentations on products, sales concepts and other marketing opportunities to facilitate the training of advisors, MGAs, WFG and sales teams.
- Write creative and/or technical communications for internal and external audiences.
- Provide effective oversight of the Individual Wealth sections of both the Corporate website and Advisor website content development and maintenance.
- Establish schedules and budgets for marketing campaigns and launches.
- Work with the Graphics Services department on the design and production of marketing and communications materials.
- Take a pro-active role in adopting and monitoring Corporate communications standards for Individual Wealth product communication and marketing
What you will bring:
- Three years of industry related experience, particularly as it relates to marketing of wealth products
- Post secondary education in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Superior and diverse writing skills including writing for the web, social, email and print
- Ability to work with other employees, managers, designers and suppliers.
- Demonstrated success in marketing planning and delivery
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Prior experience working with creative designers, and knowledgeable about design principles an asset
- Ability to lead creative development and implement industry best practices
- Exceptional marketing campaign management/event coordination skills
- Working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), email marketing and virtual event platforms, Google Analytics and other reporting platforms. Experience with PowerBI an asset
- Bilingual, spoken and written (French and English) preferred
