The RDKB is currently seeking applications to fill a permanent, full-time Victim Services Program Manager. The Manager works with the RDKB and RCMP to lead and deliver services to individuals and families in the Greater Trail area, who have been affected by crime and other traumatic incidents.

To be considered for this opportunity candidates must possess the following:
- Bachelor degree in social work or related discipline
- Experience in case management
- 5 years’ experience in a management / leadership position
- Skills and experience with: the criminal justice system; crisis intervention; trauma and grief reactions; and client support services and processes
- Knowledge of business and office systems
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license (BC Class 5) and a suitable vehicle
- Preference will be given to applicants with an RCMP Enhanced Security Clearance
Criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector check will be a requirement of this position.

Compensation: $84,557-$93,459
