About the Position:
The Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist is responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing AnswerNet’s digital conversion funnels to maximize lead generation performance. This role focuses on landing page strategy, user experience improvements, and A/B testing initiatives that increase form completions, reduce dropoffs, and improve ROI from paid and organic traffic. Working closely with the Demand Generation Manager, Content, and Design teams, the CRO Specialist ensures that every marketing campaign translates into measurable sales opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and manage A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, forms, and user flows.
- Analyze website and campaign performance metrics (conversion rates, bounce rates, form abandonment, time on page) to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with the WordPress/UX Specialist, Content Creator, and Graphic Designer to build high-performing landing pages and funnels.
- Create and maintain a testing roadmap aligned with lead generation goals.
- Use heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics data to guide design and content improvements.
- Provide clear weekly updates on testing results, performance trends, and optimization recommendations.
- Partner with the Sales and Demand Generation teams to ensure lead quality and efficient handoffs.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, user experience, and compliance across all conversion points.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization, funnel strategy, and digital user experience.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Hotjar, VWO, or similar CRO platforms.
- Knowledge of landing page builders and CMS platforms (WordPress experience preferred).
• Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make actionable recommendations.• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (design, content, demand gen).
- Excellent attention to detail with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to balance multiple optimization projects with competing deadlines.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRO, or web optimization.
- Demonstrated track record of improving conversion rates and campaign ROI.
- Experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or lead-focused campaigns strongly preferred.

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
