Purpose of the role
Under the supervision of the Email Marketing Manager, the incumbent is responsible for creating visually engaging content that aligns with technical constraints, email marketing best practices, and brand identity. They design creative and high-quality newsletters that support the email channel’s operations.
Key Responsibilities

Design modern and impactful newsletters.

Support the creation of digital banners for the website as needed.

Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and adherence to La Vie en Rose’s visual identity.

Work closely with the person in charge of email integration to ensure harmony between design and functionality.

Ensure the design clearly communicates the message to different audience segments while respecting technical limitations.

Apply email marketing best practices, balancing visuals and text to maximize engagement.

Suggest A/B tests on graphic elements to optimize performance.
-
Provide graphic and technical expertise by proposing innovative design solutions.
-
Contribute to brainstorming mockups for marketing initiatives.

Stay up to date with visual communication trends and email marketing evolutions.

Use artificial intelligence tools to automate tasks, optimize visuals, and personalize the customer experience.

Conduct regular competitive monitoring.

Maintain strong communication and collaboration with various departments.

Requirements

College diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Integration, or equivalent.
-
Two to three years of experience in a similar role.

Experience in retail and/or fashion (an asset).

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (an asset).

Strong understanding of email marketing operations.
-
Advanced proficiency in Adobe CS/CC software: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.

Strong command of Figma.
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Bilingual, both spoken and written French and English (The person will have to do advertising campaigns for the Canadian market).
