Your future duties and responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Growth: Identify, qualify, pursue, and close large managed IT and BPO opportunities, shaping strategies that drive long-term value.
• Drive Business Development: Expand CGI’s footprint through strong BD skills, leveraging market insights and client relationships.
• Innovate and Solution: Lead complex solutioning for large-scale transformation programs, delivering differentiated, client-aligned offerings.
• Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture executive-level relationships; position CGI as a trusted advisor in the market.
• Negotiate with Impact: Lead high-stakes negotiations with confidence and integrity, securing mutually beneficial agreements.
• Lead and Coach: Inspire and guide a small team of experts; act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and support M&A initiatives.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Proven track record in business development and strategic partnership management within IT/BPO sectors.
• Expertise in large-scale transformation programs and complex solutioning.
• Strong negotiation skills with a history of closing high-value deals.
• Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent experience.
