Are you a consultative sales leader with experience selling enterprise technology consulting rather than staffing solutions?
Our client is a Great Place to Work® Certified Canadian technology consulting firm that partners with leading organizations across financial services, insurance, energy, and other enterprise sectors to deliver strategic technology transformation.
They're looking for a Director, Enterprise Solutions to help grow their enterprise advisory practice. This is an opportunity to work directly with executive leadership, build strategic client relationships, and shape complex technology transformation initiatives from discovery through delivery. You'll partner with CIOs, CTOs, and senior technology leaders to understand business challenges, develop tailored consulting solutions, and drive meaningful, long-term client partnerships.
What You'll Do
Develop new enterprise relationships across Financial Services, Insurance, Energy, and other large organizations Sell consulting services focused on digital transformation, platform modernization, systems integration, AI, and technology strategy Lead consultative conversations with executive stakeholders Partner with architects and delivery teams to develop tailored client solutions Own opportunities from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation, and close Help shape the firm's go-to-market strategy and future growth
What We're Looking For
Proven success selling enterprise technology consulting or enterprise transformation services Strong relationships with enterprise technology decision-makers Experience selling solution-based consulting engagements rather than staff augmentation Background working for a technology consulting or professional services organization Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and senior technology leaders Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building new businesses
Ideal Background
You'll likely have experience with organizations such as Accenture, Deloitte, CGI, IBM Consulting, Capgemini, Cognizant, Slalom, Kyndryl, Avanade, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Softchoice, Compugen, Long View, Hitachi Solutions, or similar consulting firms.
