We are Moncton's premiere Landscape Design, Construction , and Maintenance provider for both commercial and residential landscapes.

Our Landscape design and construction portfolio is growing and Clintar is now looking to add onto our existing team numbers.

Job Summary

Advance your landscape career with opportunities for growth, training, and year-round employment as a Landscape Construction Crew Leader. Ideal Leader possesses expertise in task delegation and will manage commercial and residential landscape construction sites on a day to day basis.

Responsibilities

Mentor and Lead a team of landscape technicians, and laborers. Assign tasks, provide direction, and ensure that work is carried out efficiently and according to our high quality standards. Adhere to company policies and engage with customers courteously by addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Support the team in construction, and equipment maintenance, and uphold safety protocols. Manage daily truck loading/unloading. Ensure that all necessary equipment and tools are in good working condition.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum three years experience in landscape/construction Skilled in supervising 2-3 individuals, multitasking, and truck/trailer operation Skilled in equipment use, communication, and time management Familiar with industry materials and methods Capable of independent work and team collaboration Proficient with hand and power tools, and small engine equipment Capable of lifting 50 pounds consistently Experience near heavy machinery and outdoor conditions, with flexibility for varied hours. Good customer service skills are essential to handle inquiries and requests professionally.
