Company Description Fujishka Solutions Pvt. Ltd. provides cloud-based ERP with integrated van sales software designed for businesses in the GCC and India. The platform serves FMCG, wholesale, and distribution companies by connecting warehouse, back office, and field sales teams in a single, real-time system. It supports faster invoicing, accurate stock visibility, and optimized sales routes while reducing manual errors. With mobile-friendly van sales tools, instant reporting, and cloud accessibility, Fujishka enables companies to improve sales performance, streamline day-to-day operations, and enhance efficiency across the supply chain. Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, focusing on clients in FMCG, wholesale, and distribution sectors. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and managing the sales pipeline. The role involves building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, coordinating with internal teams to address client requirements, and providing regular market feedback. The Executive will also support account management activities, including follow-ups, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Regina, SK. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline management. Candidates should possess strong Business and Account Management skills to understand client needs, manage relationships, and drive long-term value. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and professional written and verbal communication. Candidates should ideally have experience in B2B SaaS, ERP, or software solutions, particularly in FMCG, wholesale, or distribution domains. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in sales or business development. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, strong negotiation skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office or Google Workspace applications.
