Program Manager – XSIAM Implementation (Cybersecurity) The Select Group is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the implementation and integration of Palo Alto Networks' Extended Security Intelligence & Automation Management (XSIAM) platform. This role will oversee cross-functional teams and drive the transformation of security operations through strategic execution and technical coordination. This opportunity is remote but must be local to the Greater Toronto Area and open to occasional onsite visits in Mississauga, ON at the customer location. Program Manager Qualifications
- 5+ years of program management experience
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related domain
- Proven experience implementing SIEM or other security operations platforms
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards
Preferred Qualifications
- CISSP or other relevant security certifications
- Experience with enterprise-scale cybersecurity implementations
- Familiarity with Palo Alto Networks XSIAM or similar platforms
- Experience with Sericevice now

- Program Leadership
- Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of the XSIAM implementation
- Manage program budget, timeline, and resource planning
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation, progress tracking, and status reporting
- Oversee the integration of XSIAM components (EDR, XDR, SOAR, ASM, UEBA, TIP, SIEM)
- Ensure architectural alignment with existing security frameworks
- Coordinate data migration and systems integration activities
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies
- Drive SOC transformation, including process optimization and redesign
- Define and implement KPIs and successful metrics for operational maturity
- Align operational improvements with organizational security goals
