We are seeking top-tier talent to join our Corporate Services team and support our construction operations by applying your expertise to various Corporate Services business initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Investor Relations Advisor, the Investor Relations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining databases, filing systems, and coordinating securities transaction material.

The Investor Relations Coordinator is primarily focused on Graham’s investor activities and may provide support to other departments, as required.

The successful applicant will possess strong communication and writing skills, demonstrating the ability to convey complex information effectively. They will be proactive and resourceful, capable of working well under pressure and consistently meeting deadlines. A keen interest in economics, capital markets, and the investment landscape is an asset. Additionally, the candidate will adopt a motivating and quality-focused working style, inspiring team members and ensuring excellence in all deliverables.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone nearing graduation who is eager to gain hands-on experience in investor relations. It is a 6-month temporary position with the potential for extension.

As an Investor Relations Coordinator at Graham, you will Investment Reporting and Disclosure

  • Organize Graham's electronic and hard copy filing systems for the loan program, payroll investment program, bonus investment program, deferred equity program, annual offerings, distribution reinvestments, securities transfers, and investor / spousal profiles.
  • Collect and maintain investor profile information.
  • Ensure audit trails are maintained and compliant and that the filing system is efficient while identifying investment discrepancies that may need to be addressed.

Investment Offerings and Transactions

  • Facilitate the processes related to completing distributions of cash, securities, notes, and/or property.
  • Facilitate the processes related to redeeming investments and transferring investments between accounts.
  • Send and receive legal documents for signatures and submissions to complete investment transactions.

Marketing, Communications and Websites

  • Organize and maintain the general Investor Relations email line.
  • Assist with the investor mailout processes.
  • Provide direct support for certain administrative investor initiatives (emails, mail merge, reframing files).
  • Assist with the development of investment templates, standardized forms, press releases, presentations and packages, and any other marketing material for Graham’s investor programs.
  • Assist with the maintenance of Graham’s online investor website, OptionTrax – GIT Investor Portal, investment libraries, and social media page
  • Assist with the annual Investor Relations Survey. Collect and analyze the survey data.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain and support complex relationships with Graham’s investors and stakeholders, third-party investment partners, and other internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Support the planning and hosting of internal networking events to foster employee engagement.
  • Networks and acts as an ambassador for Graham outside of the organization.

Qualifications / Experience & Key Competencies

  • Recently completed or currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Communications, Management, Finance, Marketing, or similar degree.
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Provides high-quality service with attention to detail and pursues continuous improvement.
  • Communicates clearly and concisely, both verbally and written.
  • Listens actively and asks insightful questions.
  • Keeps colleagues informed with complete and accurate information.
  • Works effectively on a team and assists when needed.
  • Effectively manages schedules and timelines to meet deadline driven deliverables.
