We are currently seeking a Rental Supervisor to join Driving Force Fleet Solutions at our Calgary branch.

What You’ll Do:
- Support, mentor, and develop the team to enable them to make decisions and deliver service excellence.
- Provide guidance, offer constructive feedback and encouragement on performance, empowering the team to feel confident in handling customer requests and escalations in person and over the phone.
- Assist customers with vehicle rentals and returns, providing a seamless experience.
- Support Rental Manager in overseeing daily branch operations.
- Build strong customer relationship by understanding their needs and expectations.
- Assist customers with vehicle rentals and returns.
- Coordinate timely vehicle deliveries, pick-ups, and service scheduling to meet customer needs.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in a supervisory role in retail or a related field
- Excellent leadership skills with a passion for mentoring a successful team
- Strong alignment with the company’s core values – Integrity, Respect, Commitment and Passion
- A customer centric approach, delivering service excellence through attitude, attention, and effort
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Outlook and Excel
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Capacity to resolve issues independently, adhering to company guidelines and policies
