JOIN A TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS AND WORK IN A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT! Based in Montreal and under the supervision of the Director of Residential Development, the Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and estimating projects in accordance with the needs of the director and the project manager assigned to them:

  • Analyze and coordinate plans and specifications;
  • Monitor ongoing mandates;
  • Ensure internal follow-up between teams;
  • Prepare project take-offs;
  • Work closely with the development and design team;
  • Update files on the servers (project templates, database, and any other documents/tasks within the department);
  • Conduct site visits as needed/requested, and provide visit reports;
  • Inspect deficiencies and follow up to ensure defects are corrected on time;
  • Ensure that all project completion documents are received, classified in the server, and a copy is provided to the Operations team;
  • Organize and classify all project documentation during the preliminary phase;
  • Assist project managers as requested by the director;
  • Prepare contracts;
  • Analyze the competition;
  • Prepare technical drawings for our PFT;
  • Perform any other related tasks;

Qualifications:

  • General analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit to make modifications/cuts for better project understanding.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
