  • $150,000 - $200,000 (please note that this is an estimate and actual pay will vary depending on experience, qualifications, and professional certifications.)

The Director, Sales Enablement & Digital Strategy is responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap for sales enablement processes and technologies that drive sales effectiveness and productivity. Working closely with Tissue Sales leadership, Tissue Transformation, IT and Corporate Analytics teams, this role translates sales strategy and business needs into integrated technology and process solutions.

  • Work with the VP Sales Operations & Planning to set the vision and strategy with regards to sales technology. Establish a multi-year roadmap that balances near-term execution with long-term capability building, aligning sales needs with our Division and Function strategies. Be a thought leader in digital strategy, relentlessly pursue learning, develop and leverage internal & external relationships

  • Translate sales strategy and business requirements into technology-enabled solutions, partnering with IT, Analytics, and external vendors to ensure solutions are scalable, integrated, and outcome-focused. Serve as the business owner for sales technology tools after deployment, ensuring tools continue to meet seller needs and business objectives.

  • Lead enterprise integration and cross-functional alignment, ensuring sales enablement initiatives are embedded into corporate programs, transformation initiatives, and organizational priorities.

  • Establish, refine, and govern sales processes, with a focus on critical processes. Develop a change management plan to reinforce process & technology adoption, data usage, operating rhythms, and best practices that improve consistency and execution across sales teams.

  • Provide oversight for program and project execution, setting priorities, managing interdependencies, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on scope, and with measurable business impact.

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Technology, or related field

  • 10+ years experience in sales transformation, sales enablement, sales operations or technology-enabled business roles.

  • Experience in Enterprise or Sales transformation initiatives and projects, including implementing and managing software solutions

  • Experience in Sales and/or Sales Strategy would be an asset

  • A professional designation in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management (ex. PMP, PgMP), and/or Change Management (ex. CCMP)

  • Excellent communication skills, including strong executive communication and influence

  • Ability to take external/internal information and convert into vision/strategy

  • Connects disparate insights (customer feedback, data, trends, frontline experience) into coherent opportunities

  • Analytical and technical aptitude; comfort working with data and systems

  • Strong project management; process documentation

  • Self-starter, results oriented, acts with a high sense of urgency
